well guys....the other day on my lunch break my truck died.....i thought it was the fuel filter getting clogged......so today i go and make myself flamable by changing the fuel filter.....turns out the fuel pump has gone bad.....and to top it off...the fuel pump is on the inside of my tank.......ohh joy....and its an expensive pump.....autozone quited me 219.00 for a new one....anyone else know where i might find one cheaper?

Pm me theres a place around here Called pick and pull. And you go in and thers 1000's of cars and you just rip out or off what you need and then they charge you. Let me know what you got and I can call them up and see how much it would be. If I got time I might be able to go up there and rip one out.

lol......u do realize that the fuel pump is in the gas tank......as in you'd have to take the tank off to get to it......i think i'll jus let my dad worry bout it....but he's got me worried....he's gonna see if he can jus rig an inline pump to work.......not sure if i wanna let him do it or not

Why not take the monster garage route? Cut your tank, replace fuel pump, seal it back with welder.
