whoooooooooh...any of you guys try a repetition workout...I mean an extensive repetition workout... I just bench pressed the bar 300 times....3x100. I think im going to go another 200, but man....you can definitely feel it more than a body building workout. I like it a lot more.
Like I think I read on here the other day someone did like 60lb bells like 5x3...wtf is that carap!!
I also curled some 20 lb dumb bells... 30x3, then 15lb. 30x2....same with tri's....I feel like my arms are going to pop...its great.
