R.I.P. Gossamer!!
Correct. Not really. Takes 7 min to make and bake a pizza, unless you have some SLOW cooks
Takes the driver another 2-3 min to get ready.
Then depending on where you live it can take between 5-10 min to get there.
So no, delivery isnt faster.
Once production on your particular pizza actually begins.
Wait, wait, wait....I see what you're saying. All else being equal if you delete the time it takes to physically deliver the order then takeout will be quicker.
I was looking at it from a different point of view as it can easily, during rush, take 20 minutes or better to get a pickup order as it isn't an instantaneous process from ordering to start of production. Sure it only takes 7 minutes to make then bake a pizza. But if there were already 50+ orders to be made in front of yours when it got placed getting that order for pickup may be no fast process. You can take many, many more orders than you can make those orders during any given timespan.
So does Prowler, mang...supa knows whats up...
There was nothing at Domino's I cannot do up to and including all of the managerial paperwork whether it be the daily, weekly, or bi-weekly which included payroll. I promise, d00d, I am no stranger to pizza delivery. Uugh. Off and on, sometimes fulltime and sometime part-time, I have worked for Domino's for around 6 years overall.
