the part where the license plate is, rattles horribly. Its just basically a cover, I think we mean the same thing. I guess you could say the whole bumper all the way around to the rear wheel well, flaps.....

I was thinking getting something to weigh it down, but it seems like it would take a shitload of something (sand bags) to stop it from flapping.
