yes you kick his *** out...since everyone on my hall had been thru a little summer program we all knew each other so there was always someplace else for him or me to sleep....one night though he fell asleep on the girls florr and woke up in a pool of blood noone know where the hell it came from not even him but we know it was his blood

i stayed in dorms for both of my college year and i dont regret i know that had i continued i would have moved off campus tho

im thinking about buying my first house next semester. its at ku so the area is nice, and if i rent it out to a few of my friends plus me i'll atleast break even, ifnot make a profit. not to mention i'll be building credit and equity. plus im pretty sure i can get a great intrest rate
