My apartment is part of a huge apartment complex that was just built this year, so it's brand new. We have a huge parking garage right below us. It's right on campus (tho not operated by the University), and it has some retail locations and restaurants on the ground floor.

It's pretty nice, my apartment itself is not huge...good size tho. It's 2bedroom, 2bath, Full Kitchen, Living room. I like it, a lot better than dorms...cheaper than even the shittiest dorm...plus it's ON campus and convenient. There is come cheaper off campus housing, but it's a hassle, some houses are shitty, and you have to deal with other utilities and shit.
