the brother K. is the only book i had to put down for a few months because it was just to much.. i read up thru 'the grand inquisitor' and after that chapter got really depressed and acted emo laying in bed all day for like 3 months. Still gives me chills thinking about it.

I missed most of the past few pages...

The Brother's Karamazov is by far the most intense reading i've ever done. I read generally 2-3 books at a time, and i've been reading The Brother's Karamazov for over a year now, and i just read it in small doses every once in a while. There's just so, incredibly, much to it. It's truly difficult to comprehend how intense it is til you read it...
