Make important threads "sticky"

Delete abusive posts

Delete abusive threads

Close abusive threads

First priority in banning abusive members

Moderate the photo gallery

Assist members with forum functions

Now wouldn't you think that a person with a high post count would be around here more, so therefore they can carry out their duties more of the time? Now I agree there are a number of people who are good, upstanding members that have low post counts, but they aren't around here enough to perform mod duties.

Besides, the majority of situations where mods are needed is in the lounge. I think the current and last mods did their job just fine, regardless of their high post counts. Members know which people are pure post wh0res (like myself) and which ones would make good mods.

I took this ladies order over the phone at work and cut her meat, and at the end of the call. She says thanks "pretty". She had the sexiest voice, so I was waiting to see when she'd come in the get her meat. Before she came I figured out who she was. She was the first lady I ever waited on, and I'll never forget it because all I could do was stare at her *******. She is definitely a MILF. 4 kids and married, but that won't stop me from throwing down some game. Anyhow, she sends her kid to get the food. Pissed me off, but I will see her again.

Was not directed @ anyone to be honest. Just a generalization. I think if the forum were to be improved. It would be by removing the Lounge from post counts. It would a.) weed out undesirables, and b.) bring out more folks actually helping and learning and asking legit questions.
