But why would you want to ask? if she was looking for you, she would find you for sure. Let her come to you. If you taek responsibility you might get stuck. Are you going to paternity test, or are you going to take her word for it?

In MOST states they cannot go "back" beyond the time when she actually files for child support... so if there is not already a claim for child support... they can't hit you that far back.
