It's interesting how diebetics tend to have problems with their glands. I wonder if it causes problems with the glands in the body, or if the glands are the cause of the diebetes. Sorry I'm not sure how to spell it and am too lazy to look it up right now.

diabetes can be summed up for the average person by saying this - it is a disease in which the pancreas (p gland of the endocrine system - hence the endorinologists) does not produce enough insulin, a hormone which converts blood sugar into i beleive its glucagon (geez it's been wa hwile since i've taken bio) for storage in the liver and removal from the blood stream. basically, there is too much glucose in teh blood...
