i used to see a shrink...i wish i still had insurance coverage. I dont even take my meds anymore ;(

i was on meds for a while, went through a real bad patch of depression, tried ******* and all that. looking back, the stupid woman wasnt worth taking my life over. but the whole losing my mom to cancer, ex wife kicking me out, finding out my dad had cancer, was jus a bit to much for me to handle at that time. but the dr said im not crazy anymore. guess i fooled her.

i was on so many differnt meds...but the combination i liked the best was lamotrigine and topirimate. Worked great, but waqs really expesive.

me i liked my zoloft, only downside was nothing affected me, i was happy regardless. even when my dad died. i mean i was sad, but couldnt really express it in the way a person normally would.

they wouldnt really give me ssri drugs...because i have a rapid cycling bi ploar 1 diagnosis..afraid the ssri's would toss me into a manic episode. That combo i mentioned just kept me in the middle...nothing to good and nothing to bad...but it was a lot better than the extreme mood swings i had then. Ive been pretty good for a while now though. Hopefully it stays that way.

it'll get better in time, that much i can assure you, and i dont know how much a one night stand is gonna help you get over her, didnt do anything for me but make me feel worthless and pathetic. Just gotta surround yourself w/ friends and throw yourself into work. Keep busy and if at all possible kill the woman, just make sure u dont get caught.
