What does it feel like to be drunk as fuck? Ive never been drinking, so I dont know what the experience is like.

Depends on your body's alcohol tolerance.

If you never have, chances are you're going to get trashed the first time you try it.

Exactly. Plus a couple hundred dollars a month profit.....after the initial cost is paid back, which takes about a year.

It is, right now we have 3 in B-more city. It is definitely good. Plus the houses in B-more are so cheap. I know you know how the townhouses are there so I dont have to explain to you. But to everyone else, the first 2 were 6 Bedroom 2 bath 3 story townhouses, $25000 and $35000. We are going to put all 3 up for Assisted living and if we cant get that, section 8. B-more city pays you more for those 2, also gives you better rates and a higher loan to give you the money to rehab the house. Plus there is a shortage of section 8 and assisted living housing in the city. If you want to do it, it doesnt take much at all.
