lol...this darn thing has some unknown problem...all im seein after turnin on is a black screen with white smiley faces...and when i try to load windows a blue page comes on with some crazy message

You've been pwnt...by a trojan, virus, whatever...run chkdsk off the installation disk (change the boot sequence to read from the CD) to see if you can get into Windows that way, worst case being you'll have to format your C: drive.
