build or find an amp that does some power @ that ohm level:naughty:Tell me about it...measured it with an ammeter after...the amp is seeing a 10 ohm actual load @ 50Hz //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Time to wire the sub to 1 ohm and see how it likes that.
If I was a masochist...maybe //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gifbuild or find an amp that does some power @ that ohm level:naughty:
140+ is gonna be a biatch in that big old cargo van.If I was a masochist...maybe //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
Logically, I'd be running at around 2.4 ohms w/ imp. rise if the sub was wired to 1 ohm. The Tantrum shouldn't have a problem with that, and I could dial the output to around 1kW...beats the hell out of the few hundred I was sending it today //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I want 140+...then I'll be happy for now.
Especially with such a low tuned enclosure...probably part of why I'm getting such a nasty imp. rise with frequency.140+ is gonna be a biatch in that big old cargo van.
Definatly. Best bet would be get a middle seat //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gifEspecially with such a low tuned enclosure...probably part of why I'm getting such a nasty imp. rise with frequency.
