OK cool. I am by no means totally out of shape. Just want to tone my muscles a little better. I really don't like lifting. I am more into running, sit-ups, push-ups, etc... I am about 5'9 155lbs. I think I am where I should be wait wise for my height.
I am the same height as you, but about 35lbs of mass heavier,

 

lifting can help on some things if you want to gain some strength etc

 
More realisticly Sept. though. Definitely has to be done before Oct. since we have a littleone on the way.
