This advice was sent by a retired State Farm agent!

This system has been tried and it works in every state.

If you get a speeding ticket or went through a redlight or whatever the case may be, you're going to get points on your license.

This is a method to ensure that you DO NOT get the

points. When you get your fine, send in a check to pay for it. If the fine is $79.00 make the check out for $82.00 or some small amount over the

fine. The system will then have to send you back a check for the difference, however here is the trick.

DO NOT CASH THE REFUND CHECK! Throw it away! Points are not assessed

to your license until all financial transactions are complete.

If you do not cash the check, then the transactions are NOT complete.

The system has received it's money and is satisfied and will no longer

bother you (and no points will be added to your license).

This information comes from an unmentionable computer company that

sets up the standard databases used by every state.

Anyone thinks this works? Ill probly find out as soon as i get back.

My dumbass friend got a red light ticket.

But he is only 17.

1. he has to go to traffic school

2. he is 17 so he cannot write cheques and cannot get a chequing account

No, because they'll call you and wonder why the check was never cashed, thinking it got lost in the mail. They'd hound you until you cashed the check - that, or simply add the points anyway.

jsloan, did you sign anything saying that if you didnt take care of the lawn he would do it himself and charge you for it? Check your paperwork, if you did, he has the right to do so, and keep doing so until you take care of it yourself, also can make you pay any fines given(by the city) because of the lawn not being cared for. That what I do with my tenant, and my mother and step dad do the same with their tenants.

Nope, up here the rule is if you want them to do it you must provide the means to do so. The landlord and his wife are British and do not understand this so I'm left with no choice but to kill them and torch the lawn.

Well...

I got a problem here.

Stupid birds made a nest thats way up in my rafters.

chirping and what not.

So i see that my dog is wedged in between my house and the garbage bin.

And what do i find ?

A little chick.

Stupid thing fell out of its nest anc cant fly.

So now i have a chick on the side of my house trying to fly.
