Racism ftmfl. I think my boss is racist. We need another guy and some guy came in (black) who was qualified and everything. Well I was getting back to the shop just as he was finishing up the interview. So I asked him who it was and he told me some guy that came in for an interview. So I asked him if we were hiring him. He said well he was qualified but I don't think it's going to work out.

Now it could be for some other reason but I can't think of any.

1) The guy way qualified

2) My company pays the most in the area

3) We get pretty good benifits

So... unless there is some other reason that I didn't think of, then, he's definitly a racist.
