Yes I do, I use the ambertose (daily vitamin), meal replacement shakes, and all of the fitness products when I work out.

Personally I LOVE the fitness products, the shakes taste like gatorade and give me one hell of a boost and its all natural. The sport pills I take 2 after every workout and have noticed a drastic recovery on sore muscles. I have bad knees so it really helps me the 3 days a week I run.
