For some reason i thought it was 95 when they went gay, oh well must be 96. My bad!

and i'm not sure i'd want to turbo the H block, because then i'd have to go through the trouble of resleeving it etc. if i wanted to run more than 5 psi. Although i may end up running an H block. But more likley than not it will be N/A and i will aim to push 250-300 whp. which i understand will be very expensive. But i just love N/A motors.

If i did go the turbo route i'd probably decide to go with something like a K24.

I HEARD... a properly built up F block [meaning new parts, etc...] will handle a turbo quite nicely.
