yes, put the salt on a plate in the microwave for 3 minutes, then at it to some room temp water. gargle, spit repeat.

I always went the other route and did warm water and room temp salt.....but maybe ur way works better

you really dont have to microwave anything. Usually I just use the hot water from the faucet.
