But I make good money so it's ok. That and he's new, so I treat him like the piece of shit that he is. He's not going to complain to the boss, because if he does, he knows the boss will take my side. This kid (24yrs. old and acts like he's 12) doesn't realize how close I am to getting him fired. He's doesn't want to work. And the messed up thing for him, my boss started him out @$14/hr and he didn't even know shit. he just had a general knowledge of tools. I think thats good pay for him not knowing anything. And yet he still complains because me and the rest of the guys make $20+/hr.
