its amazing how many people claim that it was their uncle that got a photo ticket and sent in a picture of money, and the cops sent them a picture of handcuffs............

Since I first saw that on the internet, 4 people have tried to claim that it was their uncle. White and black. Like I never use the internet and haven't seen that before.....
