here is what we started with

I ran a few more wires. for the fans/switch/amp turn on

and just to show that welding wire is flexable (which doesnt matter much)

Couldnt get the little bottom square to line up right, so Chris handled that too

what do you think of the full on seal from the front to the back>

I ended up using ST screws to secure the panel to the metal.

I think itl hold up quite nicely

the wood was pretty flexable to be honest, it is 3/8's or 1/2 inch HDF
