Edit: (just wanted to make sure you saw what I originally posted) Robin, instead of airlines (unless they will be medium/high pressure) I recommend 4" pipe from a dryer, because those air lines will never supply enough cool air to cool off your amps. The only thing that might be feasible with small lines is water cooling with a radiator on the front of your car for the amps only!

it was an idea to cut into the A/C and use those lines to run cool air to the back, and have fans for the amps

i scrapped the cool air idea, and i will just use 4-8 120MM 12v fans to keep airflow

i really wish i had done some before and after pics, to see waht i started with, but i will get pics of the bare box (backside) tomorrow evening

here is a pic of the trim panel that i made to cover the remaining portion of the trunk floor, and its where the batteries will sit.

I made it using 1/4 inch HDF that i picked up from a friend

idk what that light spot is in the middle, because i sure cant see it in person.

oh well.....might be dirty

a part of the wiring tha ti had to tap into to relocate the switches to the middle dash....

that black carpet is what i am going to be using throughout the entire car./

every surface that gets carpet, is getting that thick jet black carpet

its really thick, and hard to work with around corners, so hopefully w can kep them to a minimum
