"Unfortunately that [150-plus deaths] is incorrect information and it does happen, but that's not information that's come from the World Health Organisation," Ms Allan told ABC Radio today.
"That figure is not a figure that's come from the World Health Organisation and, I repeat, the death toll is seven and they are all from Mexico."

Ms Allan said WHO had confirmed 40 cases of swine flu in the Americas, 26 in Mexico, six in Canada, two in Spain, two in Britain and three in New Zealand.

A new strain of flu that apparently is better for you than catching the regular flu. In less than a month swine killed 150 people (probably less) worldwide while in 4 months (jan 2009) the regular flu has reportedly killed 13,000 people in the United states alone... So would you rather get swine flu or the regular flu?

Yes, there hasn't been many killed from swine flu, but there hasn't been that many infected yet. The death rate is much higher for swine flu then regular flu. If there were as many cases of swine flu in a year as there are regular flu, a lot more than 30,000 people would die.

Yea dude im preparing for total outbreak, im selling all my belongings as i wont need them assuming im going to die from the flu when I get it again. Already have all my car audio stuff posted for sale in the "For Sale" section. Im totally worried, i might lose my job if i get sick and cannot come into work..So i have to have some money in my wallet while im still alive on this earth.
I already checked in with the funeral home and picked out as a casket as well..marble and steel combo, signed up a will leaving stuff to my friends and what not to my parents as well. Thinking about leaving my 2 weeks notice as well for my job.
