Manners, common courtesy, decency, and etiquette are just a few things that all roommates need to have, whether you're a douchebag or not. This is the reason I'm frustrated; lack of communication and common courtesy. Your logic fails you.

Thats pretty fukt up. I had a roommate do some similar shit. If he is going to be a jack-*** all you can do is make it hard on him to live there or hopefully he will move out.

Its better to be a little stretched on bills than miserable in your living environment.

Is there any other drama between him and any other room mates of yours. It is obvious that he didn't need the money if he gave it away, so he is not telling the truth about something.

Just a random thought, have you tested the wii to make sure it still works? Maybe he broke it and didn't want to tell you so he got rid of his TV so he doesn't have to break it to you. Its a long shot but its a theory.

I have 4 female roommates, they do some weird stuff, but at least they don't just give their stuff away lol, after this year I'm moving on my own though.

The random parties and coming home at 4 am when I'm trying to study for tests just doesn't work out, although I'm always up late playing games/watching tv and I doubt they like it either.

If it was 1-2 other guys I'd be fine with it, but with girls, they just bring different guys home all the time. Typical girls...
