The stupid things that your roommate do that piss you off...

Here's a quick story.

I just got Super Smash Brawl for Wii and was playing it on Saturday afternoon with some buddies and my roommates. I come home Saturday night to find our TV is gone... it's my roommate's and it's a 47" RCA from the late 90's. It has S-Video in, 4 A/V inputs, it's a pretty good TV for being 10 years old.

So I call my roommate and ask him where his TV went. He says "I sold it". I'm like WTF, why? He said that he needed the money. I asked him how much he got for it. He says don't worry about it. So I'm like WTF, then I ask him why he didn't tell us he was selling it. He said don't worry about it, I needed the money. I told him I would have bought it from him since it's our only TV in the house and he just hangs up on me.

So, I'm curious. I check craigslist, and he listed it FOR FREE PICK-UP! So I'm pissed. I call him back and ask him what the deal is. He hangs up on me.

I'm a little concerned because this isn't like him. He hasn't been around the house for 3 days. He gets up early, leaves, comes home late. He's avoiding my other roommate and I now.

Either he's

A) Planning on moving out and not telling us

B) Gave away the TV out of spite because he doesn't want us using it

C) Is having money problems and actually sold the TV, even though it was free on craigslist.

I'm leaning towards B, which pisses me off. He won't answer his phone. He has since deleted the listing on craigslist //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Well when i was in college my roommate used to always assassinate his C0Ck B4 football practice. I hated it so much, cause it was my TV and DVD player/VCR remotes he was using. He would always come to practice mad at me cause i always walked in on him. He told all the other guys on the team that he was going to have a bad day cause i stopped him from beating his D!ck...

there is no need for you to get pissed on what others decisions are. he may pay rent to live there but his posessions are his possesions and his buisness is his buisness. now i could understand if it was YOUR tv, but it's not.

I used to hate the others leaving nut in the shower, to the point where I got a set to flip flops with a big sole on them to stay out of the 'spooge zone' as much as possible. Worst was seeing a big glob of nut mixed in with body hair and flem.

I agree it's his TV, but he could've said something. A lot of unnecessary problems arise due to poor communication.

Maybe he got tired of you guys taking advantage of him and his stuff, so he got rid of it.

Or maybe he wants to surprise you guys with an even bigger tv?

ive lived with one roomate for the past 4 year's.... i know how it is.. allso i chose to live with one of my best friends from high school so he is more of a brother than a roomate...
