better or worse, til death do us part. sure that's part of the superduper worse, but she decided to be with me and only me in that way. But in that instance I can't stop her so she can truly do whatever she wants. So its really on her whether she will break our commitment or stay true to it.

This question has nothing to do with her ability to get away with it, and everything to do with your reasoning that its okay to ask your spouse to be locked into the same impairment you acquire, once married.
I would never be with someone whom I thought would ever answer that question with "Id expect him to never have *** again" because to find someone who loves you enough to look at your best interests first, unconditionally, even if it breaks their heart... that is finding someone worth making such a sacrifice to, without them ever needing to ask. I suspect, god forbid you ever came into such a horrific situation, that you would come to understand what I mean, and even agree. If you truly love her, you would not wish to see her suffer, even if you think its required to maintain the integrity of your relationship with her.
