These are much better than the Impala SS V8s because they actually did some engineering to make the car driveable instead of just dropping a V8 in

No way 28mpg out of a v8. I get barley get in the 20s city with a 4 banger.

I can break 28mpg on the highway in my camaro. It's possible with a manual ******. If I go easy on it I can get upwards of 18-20 city. I've broken 15 with semi-aggressive driving. Gas mileage goes in the shitter if you drive real aggressive all the time.

It does have displacement on demand which shuts off cylinders not needed when cruisin down the highway. The car is sweet and it's loud now but it's gonna get waaaaay louder.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Beautiful car , but man rebuild you a better box to fit under the deck most of the way and don't attach the amp to the box, bad bad bad.

yeah the box is temp. new box and rack are in the works. but a 145 out of that box surprised me.

and im kinda heavy on the throttle so im not worried about what the mpg is.

Nice car, but I have to agree about the mpg. My 98 'scort ZX2 gets like 20 city and it's got an engine less than half the size of yours. There's no way you get 27, unless you're talking about drafting on the highway 100% of the time.

Irregardless about the MPG's as I still can't see you getting that, nice score!

Always told my aunt she should get some thump in her GTX. Only thing it is really missing IMO.
