Well if you are from the hood I guess our interpretation of 'the hood' is different because according to this you live in Farmington Hills which according to wikipedia has a racial make-up of.

To be fair, Farmington is close to Detroit and the coloreds do wander north of 8 mile, but growing up in Farmington wouldn't be considered "hood"
