I seriously don't like when people black or white try to tell you how your using the word. If we say it don't mean the same thing why do they keep trying to make it mean the same thing!!!

No, it's black societies attempt to take ownership of the word. I think it is a massive failure as the only blacks that use the word are second rate citizens anyway. Blacks is more affluent communities do not use the word, especially in public. Just as whites in more affluent community do not use this alternative meaning for the word cracker.
