lol i said it when he botched that throw to third, if he wouldn't have double pumped he would have gotten him, but we still did win. Hell i was saying send everyone back down to the minors:laugh: also dempster for nl cy young

Well he has been one of the most impressive pitchers in the NL and before he was traded was doing better than Lee. Just saying, his total stats are better than last years besides wins and losses. Just impressive to say the least.

I would like to see Lincecum get it as well, but he won't because his team is god awful! Probably will be Webb, or Santana has a shot too.

CC has a better shot at MVP than Cy Young to be honest.
Cy Young doesn't take the teams performance into account, so Lincecum has a good chance of winning it. Same with Lee.

That is true. Still don't see Lincecum getting it. He is one of those guys who will be overlooked, which is hard to do. His stats are off the charts!

Lincecum hurt his chances these past weeks, two losses in a row. One wasn't his fault, a shitty defensive play by Velez in left cost him a win last week.

But his loss to Colorado this week was ugly. He gave up 6 runs in 4 1/3 innings, but still managed to strike out nine.

He's 17-5, 2.66 ERA with 252 Ks.

Webbs 22 wins will probably get it, but I think others deserve it more and pitched better in Lincecum, CC, Santana, Dempster.

Wow, I looked not but a month or so ago at his stats and he was in the high 1.70's in ERA IIRC. He deffintley has been rocked a time or two huh.
