i know i was just comparing the two teams confidence levels....knowing ur on a pretty big win streak and knowing youve knocked off the sox and yanks is probably pretty equal.

No team outside of the Yankees will pay him that. If he hits the open market, he's more likely for a 5-7 year deal.

It was a slap in the face. He was making 7.5 million. It was the fact the Yankees showed him total disrespect. I would've turned down that offer as well.

i think what he was getting at is that if you go into games with your back against the wall and everything is "life and death" you will probably be too uptight to play well.......its sort of dumb with all the complaining about him....he has been there done that already and he reacts to each of his homeruns almost exactly the same....

Most Mets fans want ARod...and they are willing to trade Reyes

some are even thinking of moving Wright to 2B

I would only trade Reyes for a Cy Young Ace (Santana).........but that is ony if ARod can play SS.

I dont really want Arod because we need to worry about pitching first. It would be nice to have him (any team would love him in their lineup) but its going to be hard making room for him in our infield.

@ 30,000,000 per:crazy: if he could pitch (win 60% of his starts) and play shortstop at the same time maybe (having only 8 on the diamond lol)

Nobody gets a pay cut from the organization. That was a total slap in the face. The Yankees didn't want him back so they low ball him to make him look bad to the simple fan like yourself.
