For one you are twisting my words. I said just because Ichiro strikes out less, doesn't mean he has more plate discipline then Granderson. Granderson has more walks per at-bat then Ichiro, so that would tell me that Ichiro puts the ball in play more then Granderson, meaning better contact, it doesn't mean Ichiro has better recognition of the strike zone. Just watch the two players. Ichiro just throws the bat at the ball just looking to make contact. Granderson has a longer swing and will swing through breaking pitches and fastballs. There is a difference between being a good contact hitter and disciplined hitter.

There's more to hitting then just throwing the bat at the ball dude..you can't just throw the bat at the ball and get 200+ hits every season and bat .330+ like Ichiro has...

Name me a better CF? Wells and Jones had terrible seasons, Sizemore's stats don't compare, Torri Hunter had a nice season.

Here we go again about Sizemore and Granderson. Last year Sizemore pwned him in every aspect of the game. Only thing Granderson had over Sizemore this year was more triples and better batting average and more hits. Besides that Sizemore had more HR'S, RBi's and more steals. Also I would take Sizemore over Granderson in CF granted they are both terrific out there. Still is not like Granderson is much better. You did this last year when Sizemore had much, much better stats and now because of his break out season you think he is King shit! Guerrero struck out 62 times, if you can honestly sit there and say Vladimir Guerrero, the notorious bad ball hitter, has more plate discipline then Ichiro or Granderson, then you aren't making the connection between good contact vs. plate discipline.

Granderson has more hits, 2B, 3B, XBH, higher BA, Slugging %, OPS then Sizemore, and even though Sizemore had 7 more stolen bases, he was caught 10 times vs. Granderson's 1 caught stealing.

This is only Granderson's 2nd full season, Sizemore has been in the bigs, what 4 full seasons and Granderson is already catching up.

Sizemore also walked 101 times. That tells me he has more plate discipline then Granderson. Both are almost mirror images of each other.
