I think Joel is going to be a great player.
Im surprised he isnt in the majors yet.....perhaps he needs more time in AAA?

but I understand why the Dodgers pulled the trigger. They think they could take the division and Kent is out (Lugo is a good fit)

I agree about Kemp as well. With all the rookie call ups the Dodgers have made this year why wasn't Guzman one of them. Don't get me wrong I'm sure he is good but look at what Kemp, Ethier and Russ Martin have done as rookies already.

i think the casey move was pretty solid. they get a good defender and someone who can get on base. he hit 20+ homers in cincinati so hopefully he'll get his home run swing back. i think he'd fit well as the 9th hitter in detroit's lineup

im surprised the dodgers traded away cesar izturis, he has been one of their most consisten guys over the last few years. also, why did the indians trade ronnie belliard? hes a good young hitter and is also pretty good defensively, and they got an older player whos been a backup most of his career in hector luna right?

There is still a possibility that we will get Linebrink for Perez and Bell.
