how does chicago make a 3 team trade with oakland and washington, and get zito and soriano? that would take about 6 prospects. you would have to make 2 seperate trades and not a 3 team trade

It was nice to see a 9th inning comeback against the White Sox for a change though.

No, I just get tired of you talking shit about them losing. Detroit isn't a lock to win the d. title. They can stumble just like the sox are. All it takes is an injury or two, or a struggling pitching staff.

I must admit I'm just as guilty as teebone is with the whole talking shit thing but you must understand it is a rivalry between Chicago teams and Detroit teams. I'm sure you can't totally understand being from Florida but if you lived in Illinois you'd know what I'm talking about.

i kinda like the addition of casey. he brings a lot of the things abreu does. he's hitting 300 has a 380 on base percentage, and is an excellent defender. abreu has more speed and a better on base percentage, but casey is a lot cheaper, and they can keep some prospects to make a run at soriano

who the hell in florida follows the white sox, especially since he claims he followed them before 2005. i know baseball hasn't been in florida untill 1993, but shit you got the braves who won 14 division titles, and played on national tv, and relatively close to florida.

Well, I couldn't tell you. I'm from Michigan and I've been a loyal Steelers fan since I was a toddler. Not to mention aside from being a Pistons fan I've always liked the Boston Celtics from back in the Larry Legend days. Personally I can't talk about someone who roots for teams from other states since I am just as guilty.

I'm just giving Phat a hard time because the team he roots for just happens to be the Sox and I hate the Sox to no end.

i could not follow another team other then the detroit teams. if one of the detroit teams gets eliminated, i might root for another team then. i was pulling for cleveland in 97 to win the series, and in 2003 i was hoping chicago and boston would've won their lcs
