haven't seen an everyday catcher with a fielding percentage under 990 but i'll keep looking. only found one catcher with a worse cs%

actually piazza has a lower fielding percentage and a lower cs% so my mistake. piazza is the worst catcher and martinez is worst in the american league and 2nd worst overall
