when you are comparing leadoff hitters that is a big deal. leadoff hitters are suppose to get on base in front of your rbi guys. the point i'm trying to make is how ignorant you are in saying crawford is better then granderson will ever be, which is simply ignorant.

He's the #2 batter. #1 batter's job is to get on base, but ultimately to take pitches as well. The #1 batter always wants to make the batter work and usually is a good 2 strike hitter. The ideal #2 batter is a good contact hitter that can move the runner over.
