To snb, I see you hating on the Indians and its cool and all. But just remember last year when we where making you *****es moan and groan till the very end. Your lucky we didnt take the division, but we **** right now due to the shitty pitching. Mark my words, if our pitching comes around then look out once again. At least next year we might be better with the add on of the top Twaineese pitcher from the past few seasons. His numbers are off the chart. I cant wait to see him in uniform.

I'm excited, too. Our pitching staff needs a boost.

detroit won and goes 3 games ahead of chicago. also have a chance to win 60 games before the all-star break. zach miner has really pitched well in replace of mike maroth. maybe detroit goes to a 6 man rotation when maroth comes back?

I in no way think Thome is better than Hafner at this stage of the game. I mean yeah he hits some big homeruns in clutch situations, but the same can be said for Hafner who has also came back and won some games for the Indians.

Thome has MORE dramatic homeruns in his career then Hafner can dream of at this point in his career. There are NO guarantees that Hafner will ever reach Thome's numbers and atleast Jim Thome used to play the field earlier in his career. Hafner only plays defense in National league parks. Overall he has had a much better career and Hafner hasn't really proved anything yet. But I must stress the word YET.
