I love what Cleveland is doing. The past couple years they have gutted their roster and got one blue chip prospect (Laporta) Continue the purging Cleveland. I can't believe Boston got Martinez without giving up Bucholz and didn't get Dominic Brown or any of Philadelphia's top 3 prospects for Lee.

have you seen espn's comparrison of his numbers at home vs on the road? every year he has at least one point higher era on the road than at petco because its such a pitcher's friendly field...don't get too excited, i think the pad's made out much better in that trade.

We'll see. All of the same retarded ESPN ANALysts also put Chicago in 4th-5th place this year in the ALC and they're only 1.5 behind 1st. The Sox just took 3 of 4 from the Yankees in Chicago after those same ESPN guys said the Sox would get swept ... what was the score Saturday? 14-4 Sox ... yeah, they got swept.

Those same ANALysts put Detroit winning the ALC last year ... where we they in October?

Don't always trust what ESPN tells ya ...

I like the Rays for wildcard. Don't think they'll catch the Bronx bombers, but I have faith in them sliding in above the Sox.
