Indians next year bishes!!!
they got a good young offense. i'm just puzzled how they are so far under 500 when they have outscored their opponents? they need some bullpen help, and some more depth and consistency out of their rotation. honestly, i could see chicago finishing 4th in the division next year. detroit has a lot of goog young pitching, bonderman, verlander, zumya, miller, sanchez, also got guys like robertson who had a great year and is 29, ledezma has been good and is 25, rodeny is 29, maroth is 25 so detroit has a lot of good pitching depth, and this young team is gonna have playoff experience. they are also willing to spend to bring in a hitter or 2. minnesota has the 2 great pitchers, plus morneau and mauer. cleveland has the good hitting, and if they add a pitcher or 2, they'll compete.

Yeah I am puzzled as well. They have baiscally the same rotation as last year with the addition of Paul Byrd. So when the season started they were doing great. Then poof, they faded away quicker than Paris Hilton blow job. Also Hafner needs to stay healthy. I mean the guy is a DH and he is always getting hurt. He would have been a MVP canadite if he didnt get hurt. You could mark my words. Oh well, good hitting only gets you so far. I really think the need to spend some big bucks on a good # 1 pitcher, because I dont think CC Sabathia really should be a #1. He is decent, but more of a #2 guy. I say keep Sabathia, Westbrook,Lee and get a #1 and a better #5 and a good set-up/closer and will compete next year. Thing is they probably will spend money on a better shortstop than Jhonny Peralta. Coaches have had enough of him and his lack of going after the ball.

cleveland really doesn't spend a lot of money so i don't think they'll get a zito or schmidt in the off season. they need to get a kenny rogers type pitcher

Your right, they dont spend a lot. They produce some big names though, that is for sure. People like Belle, Snyder,Carter, Rameriz,Sexson,Thome,Loften,Hafner,Sizemore. Hell I could go on and on. Thing is they make them and then they always ship them out due to contract issues. I hate being an Indians fan sometimes. I stay true, but it is hard sometimes thanks to the front office.

if the owner doesn't allow them to spend, nothing management can do. i mean they did scout that talent and did make the trade for hafner
