The uterus is in use when you are pregnant, so you will not get your period.

To the OP, you need to have a talk with her and see where her head is at and why she feels the way she does. Find out her real deal. If she can't tell you, then she is a little messed up in the head. That's your clue to keep distant. If she opens up to you, it'll let you two get closer and she may unleash her freakier side to you. Its a win win in my book.
