The huck and chuck norris

He got his *** handed to him tonight, we can hope that continues //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
haha its funny- tons of people have different opinions on who they want to be president..some say Paul, Clinton, Obama, and Huck but everyone seems to agree that they hate Giuliani.

About a year ago I was told that the people weren't ready for a woman president or even a black president. Although the fact that they may be part of a presidential minority, I tend to agree that the people of the United States just aren't ready yet. How do you suppose they are getting so much support?

He is a good speaker and seemingly a nice guy along with sounding like he really means what he says, but not sure if he has the real experience needed for running the free world. Not to mention, I am subject to enough Baptist ideals shoved in my face all the time, don't want my president to do the same.

Im nor ready for a woman or a muslim or a mormon.
You sir are another RP supporting moron. Obama isn't a Muslim, you ignorant **** waffle.

Do your research, and I don't mean Wikipedia.

Matter of fact, why not go read his books? Who would know better than the candidate himself....

meh. who cares about someones religous beliefs. i don't really like huckabee, but his religion plays no role.
Let's see, because strong religious beliefs drive their decision making and thus impact my life and freedoms directly?

Who cares about religious beliefs, I mean what harm have zealots ever done, excluding the crusades, inquision, the entire history of the middle east and most other violent conflict. What was I thinking?

Alot of peoples morals and beliefs are based off of their religion. Alot of people elected into any public office will make decisions based on their morals and beliefs. To think religion will never play a role in politics is wishful thinking. Just because somebody doesn't put their religion on display (which is a cool thing to do if your a republican) doesn't mean its not affecting their decision making when in office.

There are also checks and balances which is why one public office ran by a very religious person doesn't get all the power. They just get to play a part in the endless bickering and continued process of getting nothing done for the American people.

If we seriously elect a mother****ing BAPTIST PREACHER AS PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, this populace officially doesn't deserve the right to vote.
The populace re-elected Nixon and George W. Bush, I'm not sure we deserve it now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Religion has no place in politics. I don't care if it's idealistic or not, there's a reason there's nothing "faith-based" in the Constitution.

To the extent that most major religions don't condone violence, and harmony, and understanding - yes, I agree. That's a useful aspect of religion in people's lives.

But making policy changes that impact the lives of millions based on religion is a recipe for disaster.
