I have seen that car on cardomain, really clean. Was the swap difficult, and where did you get the whole clip from? I have to check that out sometime.

Mine are McCulloch Ballasts and Phillips bulbs, but they have switched ballasts suppliers.

4300k (used to have 8000k until one bulb went out and I bought the 4300k)

Bi-Xenon (4 ballasts) in stock housings, Q45 projectors planned with LED turn signals

Forgot I paid $285 shipped for the Bi-Xenon kit, $120 for new Bi-Xenon bulbs.

Don't have any night shots with the 4300k yet though. I had some of the 8000k, you can look through my photobucket.

i dont have any pics right now but i love mine, got them from higherlevelautomotive.com. they are 8000k. paid 160$ for them and they are amazing, i will never go back

i've used tons of different brands. i got my first set of aftermarket hids back in 98 when they first hit hte market. guess what i spent? $800 for the kit! phillips ballast and bulbs. i still have that kit, it's been in about 5 different cars since then , now it's in my jeep. i also hav ea set of mcculloch's in my lexus, had that set about 3 years now, works fine. the wrx has a set from blinglights.com, works great for 2 years now. i also put some $78 ebay kits on a couple different friends' cars and they work fine.

The best option to go is a retrofit and use all OEM parts.

I'm working on a retro for my LGT with FX35 Bi-xenon projectors, Denso Ballasts, and Phillips 82155+ D2S bulbs (5000k).

there you go, around 160 a set with shipping. thats where i bought mine from and absolutley love them. go through the site and learn, very good product for the money. you will want either the 6000k for slight blue tint, or 8000k for nice blue tint.

4300k for slight blue tint. Trust me, they SAY slight blue is 6000k or 8000k, but after 6000k they are BLUE. I used to have 8000k and got sick of them, so I switched to 4300k and they are perfect.
