what does everyone think about a .410 pump action for home security? stopping power?

y would you buy a 410 for home security might as well get a .45 if you want a shot gun get a 12ga. buy the way HK MP series is law enforcement only

if i can avoid shooting someone by the sound of the slide racking , that would be great. im a smaller guy (5'8 140lbs) so id like something with recoil i can manage.

i know the mp's are law enforcement only but theyre still **** sexy. id take an ar over one anyways.

I have the pistol grip 410 sitting beside my bed. It has all the stopping power you will ever need for home protection.

H&K is one of the best made guns in the world the us army is slowly switching over to them. and ill probably sell my ar when they release a civilian version. pistols have a slide as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

im not arguing there stopping power but the round is pretty much the same size as 45LC and some guns can actually fire both 45LC and 410 slugs. i guess id just prefer the handgun. easier to hide.

the pump would be stictly for home security. id jump on a 9mm or .40 for my ccw.
