the galaxie

posted a couple pics pf the galaxie build im doin on here a while back.. startin to tear down now. Tryin to get the body off the frame but ford has a washer that screws on to the end of the bolt and bushing instead of a nut so of course its rusted and they wont come off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif...any body have this problem on their old cars, if they done a restro. got a pic of it startin to get tore down and the engine and ***** comin out to get rebuilt.

work to be done:

ENGINE: rebuild kit, new 4 barrel carb, performance intake, new performace heads, nitrous, performance headers, dual flowmasters, and engine work to be done.

Interior: jl 6" door speakers, a nice head unit to hide in the glove compartment, all redone interior, under seat dvd player.

Trunk: 2 jl 12w3v3 , jl a1800 mono amp, custom built box, 17" lcd monitor, jl 6" speakers for lcd, ? capacitor, x box 360.

Exterior: 2 tone black and yellow paint, shaved trunk, handles, and antenna, 20" rear and 18" front black with chrome lip rims.

 
I had a 68 2 door fast back galaxie 500 with a 390 that was pretty built and 3.90 gears the things was pretty beastly light to light but freeway it sucked nuts...still miss that car though.

 
my buddies have cars they restored and they drive it on the weekends and take it to the drag every other weekend. We also take them to diff. car shows around here every couple of weeks
