Yay. There was a sent message with a date on it that was way out of wack, causing it to think you had just sent a message and asking you to wait a very long time before being able to send another one. Try it again now, I made another change.

If I must, jk. Go to Internet Options > Security and tell me what setting you're using. Also, when you click the smiley window to choose more smilies, does it open?

its on the custom level. theres a ton of option buttons, lol. any specific one to check?

i dont have any smiley wiondow.
