Well, were still moving in so the other day I was using my laptop as a cd player, all of a sudden, it stops and acts like its re-starting, then when it comes back there is the boot from dialog box. Im like, WTF? SO I select Hard drive and I see the prompt's and then it reads disk failure. So I restart it and try again, and still, failure to load from hard drive. I go to the system set-up screen (F10 when you first boot up) and it reads Hard Drive:0GB. So, Nearly 4,000 pictures are gone, or hiding, along with the rest of the ****ing computer, and I dont know how to get them back. Any help?

Did you try the freezer trick? You put the drive in the freezer for 10-15 minutes then try to read off it. Sometimes it works. You need to back up everything as soon as possible cause the drive may not last a long time. Also, you can still try an information recovery service, their expensive, but they should be able to do something. I doub that the information on the discs inside the drive is damaged or errased. It's probably the controling hardware or maybe the motor that has gone bad.
