Palm Ali was finished with dredging and making the land same time I was there. They were and probably still are busy laying down infrastructure on it. Palm Jumerah was all done, a few hotels built, residential was like vegas, bunch of new unsold property forsale. Not many living on the island. Feels like your on a boat, very surreal 360 views

kinda looks like the eifel tower...with a twist...well 2.5 eifel towers stacked on top of each other...lol...kinda triangles up in a way and twists...looks structurally sound...hate to see that shit fall..lol

and the article talks of empire state bldg opening during the great depression, the sears tower during the 70s downturn and the tower in Malaysia opened during their 90s financial crisis....and now this opens...the tallest fukking ridonculous building in the world is opened during our recession....is history saying that "we" payed for this bish...haha george w. got money on this...lol

I have been to Dubai a couple of times when I was in the military. You think the US is excessive with well excess. Think fucking twice they got the oil money over there, fuck you money if you will. It is however neat in appearance, I would not suggest it as a vacation or anything but if you get a chance to stop in it would be worth it. That tower is sick as fuck btw
