Im aware of how the process works. The thing I think you might be misunderstanding is you're thinking Da Kine bailbonds was the one that bailed Andrew Luster out of jail.
He was bailed out in California, by another bondsman. In order for Dog to legally go after Luster, he needed to be contacted by the bondsman that bailed Luster out. Dog, just took it upon himself to go after Luster.

In comparison, its like someone re-roofing you're house and asking you to get paid when, you never asked them to do the work to begin with. It doesnt work that way. Every state has a certain amount of days to bring someone in, I know its 180 days after they fail to appear in count for California. Regardless of whats cosigned, you'd still much rather have the person then have to go after a cosigner. Especially when its a someone like Luster.

First of all, you're attitude sucks. Fixxer I have no problem with, its a discussion, keep it at that. Im sure you're capable of making a point without coming off as a dick. You wouldnt dare speak to me in such a manner in person, so dont inflate your E-balls online.

Second, as far as Colorado goes.

"Licensing Requirements for Agents.

The agent shall contact the Colorado bureau of investigation pursuant to the requirements of this section to confirm that the person has submitted fingerprints to the bureau for a criminal background check and to confirm that such person has not been convicted of or pled guilty or nolo contendere to any felony under federal or state law."

Translation: You CANT get a license to be a bondsman or BEA if you fall under the category in bold. (This goes for most all the states) Last I recall, Dog does fall into that category. Hawaii doesnt have such a restriction though, which is WHY he is based out there.

As for how he recorded those shows, or started in colorado...I dont have an answer to that. Maybe he found some loopwhole im not aware of.

You're not supposed to push people like Dog does, that guy wasnt even the fugitive they were after.
